In a recent leak, the press renders of the OnePlus 5 have surfaced. The latest OnePlus 5 image published by Android Police is apparently the most accurate one while the earlier live image is debunked to be the actual phone that will enter the production. This is quite possible since several prototypes of the phones are designed before going for the production.
The renders also give away the dual-camera array, LED flash, secondary microphone and the traditional OnePlus mute switch. I couldn’t help but realise how the OnePlus 5 design is heavily inspired from the current iPhone 7. That apart, OnePlus 5 will come with a front fingerprint sensor like its predecessor and according to the CEO it will be “thinnest flagship” We are pretty much sure at this point that the OnePlus 5 will come powered by Snapdragon 835 and the details about other hardware are still scanty. OnePlus has also teamed up with DxO and have been teasing the OnePlus 5 imaging ability by showcasing the camera samples. If you are a OnePlus fan and interested in attending the event you can purchase tickets from here. Select few will also get to buy the OnePlus 5 at the event itself. As of now the OnePlus 5 is expected to come with 8GB of RAM and will be running Android 7.1 out of the box.
